Required Intake Session
Comprehensive Intake & Record Review: $155
A one-hour session required before beginning weekly learning plans.
What this includes:
Review of diagnostic reports, IEPs, and therapy plans
Discussion of your child’s cognitive profile, strengths, and learning challenges
Clarifying what current programs are targeting—and why
Identifying priorities for instruction and support
Weekly Individualized Learning Plans
Individualized Weekly Learning Plan (2 Subjects): $180
What this includes:
Weekly plans for two subjects, tailored to your child’s learning profile
Customized worksheets and learning materials
Teaching strategies and step-by-step guidance for parents
Clear focus on what matters most for your child’s progress
Additional Subjects: $50 per subject
Ongoing Support:
A weekly phone call to answer questions, review progress, and problem-solve challenges
Plans updated weekly based on feedback and observed progress
This service is designed to reduce overwhelm, create alignment between school and home, and help parents feel confident and supported as they guide their child’s learning.
