Required Intake Session
Comprehensive Intake & Record Review: $155
A one-hour session required before beginning weekly learning plans.
What this includes:
Review of diagnostic reports, IEPs, and therapy plans
Discussion of your child’s cognitive profile, strengths, and learning challenges
Clarifying what current programs are targeting—and why
Identifying priorities for instruction and support
Options
Targeted IEP Consultation – $175/hour
Best for parents who need focused guidance on a specific concern, document review, or preparation for a school conversation. This option is consultative and does not include ongoing advocacy, school communication, or drafting an IEP.
Comprehensive IEP or Education Plan / Advocacy Package: $495
What this includes:
* Review of IEPs, evaluations, or private school programs
* Translating parent concerns into actionable goals and supports
* Drafting or revising IEP goals, accommodations, or program components
* Communicating with the school to facilitate changes
* Supporting implementation and follow‑up (this check-in often happen 6 weeks after changes are made.)
Packages are ideal for families who want consistent support through an entire IEP cycle or school transition.
